Janet is the CEO/Cofounder of DataScava, TalentBrowser, and Integretech. She has 20 years of combined experience in software product development, I.T. recruitment for front-to-back-office trading systems, and account management for clients in JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, HSBC, Citibank, Jefferies, UBS, Morgan Stanley, Liquidnet, and others. Prior to her current roles, she was a Partner in a New York City startup financial technical staffing firm and District Manager in a boutique I.T. consulting firm specializing in derivatives and capital markets I.T. staffing for investment banks and the Fortune 1000.
John Harney, CTO | Cofounder
John is the CTO/Cofounder of DataScava, TalentBrowser, and Integretech. He is the architect of our software solutions, with deep expertise in Data Mining, Business Intelligence tools, Visual Studio, SQL Server, cloud computing, and full life cycle software development, including 20+ years of experience in software architecture, project management, and development for the financial services industry. His career began in Ireland, where he created financial decision support software for Fixed Income/FX/short-term cash markets, providing software to 19 of 23 banks in Dublin before emigrating to the U.S. to work with companies like Eurobrokers, Citi, Barclays, and Prebon Yamane.

Al is the former CEO/Managing Partner at Gartland & Mellina Group (GMG), a Management Consulting company that served the Financial Services industry with locations in New York City, London, and Toronto. Prior to GMG, Al was a Partner in BearingPoint and KPMG for over 11 years. GMG was acquired in 2019 by Sia Partners, a next-generation management consulting firm that offers a unique blend of AI and design capabilities, augmenting traditional consulting to deliver superior value to clients. Their practices include Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecommunications and Media, Energy, Resources, Utilities, Transportation and Logistics, Industry and Retail, Government, and Technology. He earned his BS in Physics and MBA in Marketing from Iona College.
